Rebuilding my 2005 Yamaha Blaster just want to know what's the best bottom and top end rebuilding kits for trying to keep it at 240cc. Links would be appreciated thanks

Why does it need rebuild?
Wash it and do a leak down test before teardown.
Don't be tempted by cheap eBay cylinders.
Get . Stock crank rebuilt,, if threads and the keyway is good.

Thanks man its stock bored to 240 i was told by the last owner and i had it for about 2 weeks i went to start it ran for like 10min than sounded like a bunch of bolts in a can shut it off immediately and took it apart looks like I blew the Piston head bearing pieces all at the bottom of the crankshaft

67mm piston is 201cc not 240cc

that would be the wrist pin bearing that attaches to the piston;/wrist pin if i can decipher that lol
only other bearings in there is lower connecting rod bearing/big end rod bearing,or the case/main bearings:)

Piston pin bearing is what broke and the little bars are down there
R&R engine have crankshaft rebuilt, install new piston and rings, wrist pin, and wrist pin bearing, bore cylinder to correct oversize or buy complete cylinder & piston kit!
