havent seen it, but just try to google it, i mean that would be alot of work, ive rode a ninja 250 and they are not strong at all, for all the work your guna have to do you might as well just get a 250 dirtbike engine and put that in it, alot! more power.

So, explain to us the advantages of a heavier engine with equal power of a mildly built Blaster?

I've ridden Ninja 250s and the power isn't even close to a 250 2t dirt bike like a YZ. I'm thinking it would be less effort/money to pump up a Blaster engine or do a 250 engine swap like the Blaster forum member Best did.

here's the start of my 250 ninja build. i just finished building the exhaust for it. i'm mounting the radiator next and then the wiring.

Interesting. Not liking the exhaust route. You are loosing about 100mm or more ground clearance. Maybe you are just riding flat tracks?

It is her bike but I have some experience riding Ninja 250s.
Love them. The older ones make more power in a sort of 2 stroke way.
