You should remember me asking about a cover, when I got it it was puking 90w from the clutch cover looked like the crank nut came loose and milled through the cover, and that awesome block off plate that was installed by p.o, still using it haha. 20150921_193805.jpg This is the first 2-stroke I ever owned so it's a new animal for me. Took it out few weekends ran awesome. So I got a carb for it and built some foot guards skid plate, got it all good and then took it out Saturday, made it a few hours in the trail and noticed my shifting was getting rough wouldn't down shift unless I'd high Rev and continues down shift at one point it killed me on a hill cause I was stuck in 4th, had to stick it back in 1st with it off rocking it back n forth using my hand, looked down to realize my idle screw (not mixture) had rattled out. Then I shifted from 2ND to 1st to spin around and it just started making this terrible knocking noise, thing sounded like a diesel. Shut it off immediately. Got her home started to tear into it, 90w definitely showing signs of metal, get the clutch cover off and find that there's a chunk of spring20150921_191158.jpg and my flywheel is all hammered and my crank shaft is bent.20150920_144813.jpg 20150920_144931.jpgnot sure where it came from only place I can really see is the shifter return doohicky 20150921_191238.jpg besides two screws doesn't look like the case was ever touched was suprised to see the crank was aftermarket?20150921_193828.jpg 20150921_193839.jpg not sure exactly what my plans are quite yet, everything looks to be in decent shape sides the flywheel and crank. Haven't split the case yet

Yeah I looked over all the springs and the only one that really looks like it possibly broke was the one I took a picture of not sure of the proper terminology for it, but the return spring and all that seems to be okay
