400 ex rear shock help

I need to know what to do . I've got 400 ex rear shock bottom mount will work fine but the top mount has the bearing bushing and the mount hole on frame is way to big. I've thought about drilling out the bushing but figure it's Hardin steel so help.

You need a set of bushings and bolt from KOR......
