Have pic of piston ? That looks more like mechanical damage. Something bouncing around in there.
Deto would be more uniform damage. Look especially at about 6:30 from plug hole, big ole dènt.

Boost bottle. Something vitos had. Not sure it really doea anything just sounded cool.

Found a local guy that specializes in fixing blasters. 15 mins away from me. Picking my bike up next week. Decided to do a full rebuild. Hone cylinder new piston and planning on getting the 3mm vitos stroker to add to my 240bb kit

Didn't see pic of top of piston, but from other pics can see what's going on.
Just make sure there are no protruding sharp edges to cause hot spots causing detonation.
