I JUST got a plus 4..looks good really havent got to ride it yet though..

how much do those cost.. and does the (+4) mean length?

yes +4 means length. its 4 inches longer than stock

i can stretch your stock swinger for 120 shipped....those ebay swinger are known to crack and break

ive spent a couple hours looking pretty hard i cant find any good side pics of a blaster w a +2 swingarm. anyone have any? perferrably w some 20 or 22" tires
