I found this link on another site and it is for calulating how many chain links would be needed for different length swingarm.

Blaster #1 is a 2001 and has Elka's all around, EHS airbox lid w/K&N and outerwear, Shearer exhaust, Nology ignition kit, vf3 reeds,Klotz SuperTechniplate -32:1 110 leaded race fuel, Belray 80w in the transmission, and is
jetted: 35 pilot, thrid clip position-needle, 320 main-- still working on fine tuning it though!

Blaster #2 is also a 2001 that is totally stock.

Blaster #3 is a 2004 with +2 a-arms, 28mm pwk, FMF exhaust, Works shocks all around, and is going to get a ported 240 big bore 3mm stroker when I get back to work.

My last beast is a 2009 Kawasaki Brute Force 750i

It didn't calculate right. It said i would need 111 links for a 6 in. extended swingarm, so i bought a 120 and it isn't long enough.

Ok, I was actually going to start a thread about extended swingarm length to chain size but I found the sticky. The last post says it is incorrect so how about a "blaster chain" calculator.

Anyone with extended swingarms, post up about how many links are required for the stretch you have, sprocket sizes, and any other mods to the chain path (custom slider/rollers)

Cool idea, No extended swinger but with stock swinger 14t front 40t rear i had to go to a 93link.
