It is all stock , so I will look for the adjustment , I just put in a new piston , rings , upper rod bearing and all gaskets , it just is idling a bit slow , thanks for the information.

Where is the Idle screw on a 2003 Blaster , I found the Idle Mixture Screw but can't find the Idle adjustment screw , it seems like there are threads for one but it is not drilled all the way through , do you adjust it with the throttle cable? thanks.

I took the Blaster apart yesterday and the Piston was seized , rings were seized to the piston by the exhaust port side , maybe 1" of the rings were seized , rod looks OK anyway feels fine , side to side clearance but no as far as I can tell up and down movement , reeds look fine these close...

Piston was Sized and Rings were stuck to the Piston where the Exhaust Port is (maybe a 1 inch section) Clyinder is at the Shop now to get a bore job , the wrist pin looked fine (I did get a new one) my ? is the wrist pin and bearing look fine , no signs of galling , and the rod (rod bearing)...

The most I can get out of the Compression gauge is 75 lbs (it go's to 75 lbs fast too but stops at 75 lbs) the Blaster will not start , is that figure (75 lbs) to low to start it up? has spark , has gas , at least has gas in the float bowl , what would prevent gas from being suck into the...

Check the Ignition switch , could be bad.
