If you break in a 240 kit the right way it will be just as reliable as a good port, but the 240 kit also costs a lot vs a port job. So in actuallity it depends on where you get it ported and how much your willing to spend.

Define what you mean by motor? The entire motor top and bottom or just the top end? And offer a price.

It's the vitos 240 but i had to rebuild it twice because i blew it. So the vitos 240 cylinder is bored .040 over.

It is bored .40 over.

my 240 kit is a 72mm bore not bored over.. with it bored .40 over its up to 73mm. I had to get it custom made. Only downside is that if it blows again, i have to get it re-sleeved and the 72mm piston.

Yeah it was, i found the problem, the main jet was clogged from sitting too long lol. Also i have another problem, i cleaned my whole carb, slide and all, everything cleaned, but when i give it gas it just sticks at full throttle (not the thumb throttle itself) and the only way for me to kill it...

That's why i removed my key but kept the killswitch :p

I actually switched to klotz super. I just haven't changed it yet :p
