Never ridden Little Sahara. I have ridden Cherry Creek which is right in there also. Cherry Creek is pretty fun, but it isnt dunes, its hills, and trails (lots of moguls and whoops). I have some paddles for my Blaster, just never put it on the dunes.

In my state you dont have to have insurance on an ATV, but it does need to be registered. However, I still cant ride anywhere it isnt posted. So, if I got caught riding on the street, I could get fined for it, although Im not sure how much.

My Tarmo spindles on Norman420s gear work awesome. You do need to order a couple banshee parts to make it work though. You need the little nut bushing and nut from a banshee (the blaster nut is too thick and will crush the bearing and you wont be able to roll)

If Ken did headwork, you NEED to run premium for sure. Race gas is better but not necessary, but it sure is more tolerant of heat and detonation resistance than pump gas is.

Straight answer is NO it wont fit. I wouldnt try squeezing anything more than 30mm on there, and thats tight. My 28mm fits well on the stock boot, but for a 35 Id definitely go bigger.

Check your switches. When turned on, both of them allow current to pass through to ground. When switched off on either side, it kills the ground and the spark system fails. Try just grounding the CDI to the frame and bypassing the switches themselves.

My FMF is fantastic down low and in the midrange. My trail port from KOR really lets you lug on it and make plenty of power to climb most any hill in 2nd gear. I wish I had some more top end, but you generally trade one for the other.

I do what surfrjag describes, however I do use a little bit of grease. You dont want to saturate the thing, but you want to make sure it doesnt tear or prematurely stretch or wear getting put into place.

You keep saying youre changing the main jet but that has nothing to do with your idle issues unless your needle is sticking up and that main circuit is open.
