A better idea for longer lasting decals would be to use adhesive backed photopaper and adhesive laminate sheets.

In that case you might want to check the torque on the head and base bolts. And retorque them if necessary.

The jtm products ones are pretty bullet proof. but the company went out of business some time ago so you would have to find someone selling there's.
