I think he got it mixed up slightly. You should torque em all down, to 18ft/lbs (in a hand drawn star pattern). Then retorque them all down to 20ft/lbs after you have finished the 18ft./lbs.. Run a few heat cycles(2-3) then check and make sure they are all still tight to 20ft/lbs. Go ride, and...
