I would trade a Blaster for a 400ex any day. Check it out see what 'TLC' it needs. I just made a simular dicision, I found a great deal on a 400ex, but I would have to sell the Blaster. I ended up getting the 400ex and now I'm trying to sell the Blaster.

I spray the hell out of my shock with Wd-40, then put the shock cover on. Every once in a great while I remove my shock cover and do it again. It works great,.

The Tecate is faster due in part to the Nikasil plated cylinder. My buddy has one it sucks to find parts for, it handles like crap and it always blows up at the dunes for some reason. :) It was pretty fast in a straight line with the nikasil, he got a standard sleeve pressed into it and doesn't...

Np... Good luck with it. Before you install it you should clean the area real good with rubbing alcohol, then just rub it on with pressure and peel. It should also be above 55*.

I 2nd that request. I also would recommend a guy on Ebay is selling Vito filters for like $24 or best offer. I offered $20 and it was accepted. Free shipping. I love K&n Style filters, they let very, very fine dust in, but its so small its nothing to worry about.

Looks like a nice bike. Just take your time checking it out. Shake the tires, looking for bad ball joints & tie rods. Look for oil leaks all over including the head. Feel the motor, I like to start the motor cold so I can see exactly how it starts... Lots of guys will start the bike before...
