    i would wet sand smooth and re-paint if repainting no need to strip it completly gives u a nice base to paint over

    i picked up a fresh build bottom end with 0 hours on it for 200$ hot rods crank all new seals and bearings my guess is youll have a hard time selling it for more than about $500.00 but it also depends how bad someone needs 1 at the time i see fresh built all stock engines for $700 buy it now...

    theres gas tank repair that u can get where they use a plastic to seal the whole inside of the tank and when it dries is just like a plastic gas can i even saw a demo where they carefully cut the metel tank away after it was cured and showed us how durable the tank was after it was cured look...
