Well i did the vitos block off kit. Istalled the kicker, but now it doesnt return. Ive been trying to get it for atleast an hour. Where does that little metal spring thats sticking up go? anyone have pics or a DIY, i dont like having to bring the kicker back up! Thaks!

Ok so just got my shearer pipe, vf3 reeds and my vitos oil injection block off kit. First off, the exhaust doesnt want to line up right, like ill screw it in to a certain point then itll just not move at all (its not in all the way). So thats the first thing im gonna finish. Installed the reeds...

Ok this bitchy carb has been giving me problems since the get go. At first it would kinda bog down, so i just removed the air box lid then jumped to a 250, it still bogged down and throttle response was horrible. I was scared to go up in size because the plug showed rich. And it had a deep tune...

Any body have a brand new carb? or close to new? id like a stock or a 28 mm one. Mine took a dump and gives a deep rumble, it doesnt even sound like a 2 stroke...So if you got one pm me.

Ok so i realized my little bogging issue about a week ago: i had a 230 main jet in there with only a uni filter with the air box lid ON. So ive moved on since then. Ive removed my air box lid and have tried a 240 and 250 main jet. It still sounds a little lean. It is also pretty hard to start...
