no you cant, the valve stem hits the rotor unless you get small valve stems. witch is like 15 bucks.

yes, thumb throttle. tors still on it. 1000 for the whole thing, the only thing wrong with it is, the origonal owner didnt know how to ride a 4 wheeler at all, rolled it and bent the frame a little bit, but i had it straightened and had a brase welded on it. yes i hav a bill of sale.
