    pre mixxing

the stock system mixes at 30:1, but yeah take it off its a plastic gear known to fail. plus its just more stuff cluttering up the bike. a nother reason that ive seen before, say you wreck and knock a hole in the oil tank? then you have to walk home or fry your engine

    Help me jet my blaster.

that carb is way to big. put a fresh plug in it and run it for a few minutes and see what it looks like that will give u a idea, a plug chop will be better but just looking at the plug will get u close

are blasters reliable? everyone i see has a rebuild.

yes they are very reliable if taken care of, but most kids get one baught for them by mommy n daddy so they dont take care of it, they run the piss out of it and when it blows they blame the machine

the pilot is def good, you dont need a bigger pilot till more agressive mods, i used a size bigger pilot on mine with just a clamp on filter and no airbox, so if you get rid of the box then id say mess with the pilot

id put a fresh plug in it and test it, and as for letting it idle with the fuel off i wouldnt do that, running a 2 stroke out of gas is the ultimate lean condition.

    tranny probs

it takes a half quart to fill the tranny, and regular motor oil (10w-40) is fine as long as its not friction modified. i woild ride it and see if it does it all the time or it was just a fluke. could be a worn shift star but i doubt it
