    Bad engine knock

I recently developed a bad knock in the engine. It's at the point now where I can almost hear it over the exhaust. Here is a video of it running, do you think it may be the lower rod bearing? It has the original crank in it still and the top end only has about 10 hrs on it.

Leak tested the top end today

I finally got all the parts I needed to make my leak tester. Only problem was that my gauge was a 60 psi but that's no big deal. Anyway found out I have zero leaks I:I. It held around 8 psi for 10 mins. So now I know my jetting is not going to be messed up. Here are some pics:

    Any trails/tracks around uxbridge?

Just wondering if anyone lives close to uxbridge and knows of any riding areas. I have my blaster at home for a bit and I'm tired of riding the roads. I'm sure the neighbors don't like it lol.

Spark Plug for Vito's 240 kit

When I got my 240 kit it said in the instructions to use a BR9ES spark plug. Is this correct? I am doing plug chops now and my plug looks like 4 or 5 on the link below. It could be be too cold? Or is my jetting too rich maybe. Spark Plugs

F7, Power Pros etc. Exhaust mounting

Did any of you guys with this type of exhaust (or similar) have trouble mounting the silencer? I just got this type of exhaust and the lower tab on the silencer doesn't line up to the bolt hole. If you have pics of how it is mounted that would help. I think I have the head pipe mounted correctly...

    Rear Axle Bearing change

I attempted to change the axle bearings and ran into a few snags. First I was hammering the end of the axle while it was still on the swingarm and got zero movement. Next I removed the carrier from the swing arm and tried to remove the sprocket hub by itself with a 40 ton press. I ended up...

    34 mm PJ baseline jetting

Hey guys I'm just setting up my 34 mm PJ carb and i'm wondering what jetting specs will get me close. I did some searching for jetting specs on here but I didn't find anything specific to the PJ. I just don't want to buy a whole bunch of jets trying to figure out where to start. My mods are a...

    34 mm PJ idle adjustment

I just finished reading 4cfed's write up on PJ ... carbs and it says that the throttle cable should be loose. Also the idle adjustment should be done with the top of the choke knob. I understand that but when I adjusted the choke knob my idle did not change at all. I noticed the cable holder on...
