how much fuel are you talking about? if you have to much fuel you could be fouling your plug. if you think it is spark check the plug boot, coil and cdi.

are you sure you have fuel, is there a reason your focusing on spark, also what about compression?

take the fuel line off the carb that comes from the gas tank, turn the gas on and watch the flow, put it on reserve and watch the flow, there could be a clog in the petcock which is the piece that has the fuel on/off/reserve switch. this test will tell you if you have enough fuel goin to the...

could be alot of things, does it have good compression, it could be a timing or spark issue. check that you have good spark by pulling the plug, do a compression check if you can

isn't there a parking brake on those, i don't have an 03 but i think the tors delete involves that

03, you did make sure the tors delete is correct. if it fires up then stalls out when you give it gas sounds like you still have a tors problem, or reeds.

so can you keep it @ idle if you are on the throttle? does it have a tors delete or just the wires are unhooked? if it has a full delete than they may have not set the idle screw properly.
