what are some reasons the woodruff key would shear off? we are having problems with ours shearing constantly.

that's what i was saying lol. I went out and changed the stator just to see what would happen, and was super rich with the 220. I am spot on with jetting at a 185 now. any ideas what could be wrong with the stator to cause this?

anyone out there running a SB blaster with a 35mm airstryker? where are you at on jetting? I just got my old race blaster up and running, and it is taking an unbelievable amount of fuel (220 main) where are you guys at?

yeah, you guys are right, we just threw this quad together because it won't be hitting rode until next year. we were gonna do the all the fine tuning (camber, caster toe) in the spring. I went out and adjusted the caster and got it close, and now I have about 1/4 of an inch of clearance...

has anyone else had this happen with their dynoport? this quad has american star +3 +1 arms on it. and the pipe hits the a-arms

both of the CFM boxes I bought didn't fit at all... had to drill new mounting holes to even get it close. idk if the guy making them was drunk, high or what but he did a horrible job....
