This is totally crazy but the other day my blaster did the same thing.I pulled the carb and found the main jet had fallen out and was bouncin around in the float bowl

Make sure that little spring on the kickstarter is on right.I had the same problem and fixed it by putting that spring on correctly

I had the same problem...used a self-tightening pipe wrench but any of the other ideas should work.

ok ill pull the exhaust off. I purchaased all the parts from a hardware store but i used hose clamps on all the joints and teflon tape on the threaded parts so i think its good.any tips on how to plug that exhaust port off?
