    Is there a reasonable way to dispose of the so called "soup" water such as : a municipal oil / gas / paint reclamation point near your project? I can't just dump this stuff on my property or neighboring property or BLM land that I ride on ..honestly there's paint from who knows where in the mix...

    Did you check into removing the TORS? (Throttle over-ride system) the problems associated with the TORS will cause engine to bog out when you depress the fuel lever.
