Provide a list with details, condition and age of a arms, shocks, etc. It is a pain to part it out, but you should return most of your asking price. What weight are shocks set for? Details on engine?

Thanks for the update, I am in the process of finalizing the front engine mounts now. Looking forward to riding it, but I am surprised how tall the engine is compared to the blaster.

Sure are alot of electrical components to tuck in under the hood of the blaster. That is where I think the battery will go as well.

I will use the electric start, the 2001 and 2002 WRs did not have it, but mine is a 2003 and DOES have electric start. I just wanted the kicker as a backup in case the battery goes dead.

Building a Blaster with a WR250F right now. would like to compare notes, mainly what you did with the kicker, and how much did you remove from each side of the inside of the swinger for alignment.

I have a ported Vito's now, just over 31 hp on a dyno with pump gas. I didn't know if with the CT kit I could truly get 40 hp reliably.

Does anyone have any experience with this cylinder? Supposed high 30s horsepower. Can the Vito's or a stock sleeved big bore make these numbers?

I agree that more horsepower can be achieved, but I wanted reliablility to run harescrambles. Remember that this is a pump gas cylinder. I also don't know how much more horsepower the clutch will handle for two hours at a time. The power delivery with the fat bastard is a little pipey, I...

Got the Flotek Aggressive trail port on a Vito's big bore with a 3mm stroker. 35mm carb, vforce reeds, fat bastard pipe. 31 horsepower on pump gas. Not too bad. Ran St. Clairsville GNCC, no issues throughout the race. I Recommend Flotek.
