I put the spindles on, and they fit great. I'll put the brake lines on Friday.

I called Alba racing and ordered 2 banshee ball joints last week. I put the spindles on and the steering stems were too long. Ran down to the machine shop and had them shaved,drilled, and tapped. I need to pick them up tomorrow see how they fit. The a-arms are +2.

So if I pick up a 03-06 blaster carrier do I still need to worry about this?

In going to aftermarket brake lines what work better, the two cables from the master cylinder to the rotors, or the one cable that t's up to two?

So I traded some parts for a used warrior, 96ish, and I started switching spindles and stuff over. I have aftermarket alba a-arms and ordered new top ball joints. I saw a kit on eBay for converting the rear to hydraulic. What parts can I use from the warrior to help convert the rear.

Yep, it was the crossover port. Several weeks back I put JB weld and a bolt in the hole to fill the gap. It looks awesome and seems to work great. Thanks for the reply guys.

Buddy, you look at every picture of exhausts on the Internet, the silencer slides on to head pipe. Maybe I am having a hard time describing the issue. If you correlate the problem to sex, the head pipe isn't getting any action, because the end of the muffler can't slide on him. They can't reach.

I started a thread in the build forum talking more about this. You need to understand that I have the connector rubber boot, however the boot should not be the only piece that couples the silencer on to the head pipe. With the mounts loose, the silencer on the bike barely touches the head pipe...

LOL. That would be a long way to barrow a muffler. My parents lived in Gaylord for a couple of years. Lots of snow and deer.

Siliconed the holes today. That is done. Now I need to figure out the whole exhaust situation. Went to an ATV junk yard to see if they had a blaster silencer, and they didn't. Figured a stock muffler would let me know what's out of whack.

The hanger is loose that mounts on the frame under the tank and the bolts are in. Something isn't right on the exhaust. I wonder if the silencer used was for another quad jimmy rigged to fit on the blaster.

Okay I have another concern or problem that I posted in exhaust. I'll ask it here again. So the two exhausts ends, the header pipe and silencer, don't fit together. The previous owner used the exhaust clamp to hold the two pieces together without the silencer sliding over header end. I moved the...
