    I ordered a tusk clutch kit that I'll have by the end of the week. There was a lot of water in there so I'm assuming that is why it wasn't slipping before. I wouldn't be surprised if the clutch was worn out. I'm breaking it down today after work so I'll let you guys know

    Hey guys. I changed the oil in my blaster today and it came out grey. Anyways I changed it with stp type f atf. Now I can almost redline in any gear. What the heck. What did I do wrong? I had absolutely no slip before the oil change

    Yep. It's kicking over great now. It's now much warmer so maybe it didn't like the cold. I'm going to hunt down a factory carb. I already have a jet set for the factory carb

    120psi. I'm suspecting weak spark but then again it kicks over once it's been started once

    hey guys. I have a blaster here that won't kick over cold. It'll pop start right up and then it'll kick start. I'm stumped. Good compression. Gets fuel and spark. My only thought is the reeds. Thanks

    Hey guys. I have a 1997 blaster that won't kick start cold. It'll pop start and runs great. Great power nice consistent throttle and good idle. I kicked it all day today before doing a chop. Anyways my air filter is clean and new plugs didn't help

    Oh and make sure that your exhaust isn't plugged. I thought my blaster was jetted wrong because it did exactly what yours is doing. After about two hours of shoving a cloths hanger through my header I had a huge pile of mouse nest and a great running quad.

    It sounds like you may have a jetting issue. I'd do what Awk says. He's never steered me wrong. Put the stock carb on there and kick it over.

    I just got this guy. 175cc trike with 5 spd semi auto. Was pretty much free. PO painted the plastics with this thick paint. Starting the tear down today.

    It was the o ring. part of it had broken off at some point before i put it on the bike. Thanks. I didn't know there was an o ring there to begin with. now to resolve that jet issue..
