This is a little pricey but looks awesome! I've used their other product, Dial a jet and it works awesome.

I am thinking about putting the Dial A Jet on my Blaster because I know how well they work, it just makes it run so much crisper...
i have a new Magnum basket, Driveline plates and springs, no matter what I do it will not fully disengage! When I put it together the friction plates were pretty tight in the basket, I'm wondering if that is the problem. So far I'm not impressed with either company!
Ken did the head, port, bore and crank. I did the assembly per his videos. So far all is well got my oil pump up and running and will be retorqing tomorrow.
Ken's work and videos are great!!
I need to get jetting down and a few other odds and ends. Big thanks to the forum and KOR!!
I wish I had...
So, I buy a new clutch basket, Magnum brand.
I am assuming this is suppose to fix the radial play I had, but it does not get rid of it all. Question is, why don't they give the rubber pucks with them, so now what do I do??
the manual shows only 1 plastic washer on top of needle circlip, mine has one on top and one on bottom of circlip. Which one is the correct way? I've only seen these used for fine tuning on bigger VM carbs never came stock.
Thanks!

The guy I bought it from blew it up with a non Mikuni 320 MJ and stock air box with K&N no porting and who knows what else was wrong, (paper base gasket!)
Can anyone show proof that they have a failed pump? I don't want to hear , I know a guy or I heard type of stuff. I'm on the fence about buying everything I need to do it. I have had pumps on other machines and never had a problem. I could be wrong but from what I read on Internet people just...
i am posting a few things here in hopes that I can help out with some better understanding on the workings of a carb. Maybe if you all decide it could be a sticky for you guys??
i have 3 needle sizes and I think 3 slide sizes for each.
I tried them on a Snomobile but never got what I wanted out of them.
$200 for all 3 or $75 each or trade for Blaster parts of equal value, let me know what you got, or maybe trade something else!
How many guys run without them?
I bought this with no heel guards and no need bars.
My first thought was to run nerf bars and no heel guards, but I've never owned one of these to know. Seems safety wise to try and find some guards. Whats your thoughts.
Thanks!
Bought a 2000 for $150 and now it looks likes every gone too far!
I sent cylinder, crank and head to KOR for port, bore, head and crank rebuild then all the other goodies to assemble. I will be putting V Force 4 in and reusing the stock carb at first and if it runs well I might stay with it. I...
i couldn't find the trans oil I wanted out front so I asked the guy to get me a quart for my 2000 Blaster and he brings me a qt of Yamaha 20/50. I told him I wanted thinner and synthetic and he wouldn't sell it to me. His comment was you would be wasting your money on it. I can't believe he try...
Does anyone know what the stock needle jet/ main nozzle size is on Blaster carb?
Also I'm getting a KOR ported motor, should I get a Dynoport jet kit? I have a Graydon pipe and silencer.
I'm wondering if I need to find a different crank as I just bought this machine blown up. Anyway the right/clutch side crank bearing slides on or off with my hand with no effort, shouldn't this be a press fit? Does this mean I need a new right side of the crank? Maybe I should just buy a new...
So the Blaster I bought has a bad top and bottom end. So here is my thoughts on a no too high budget.
Wiseco piston and bore
Porting
V force 4
Cut head
Rebuild stock crank
Lighten flywheel
All machine work will be done by KOR
I already have a Graydon pipe
What's your thots??
