    Ok just a follow up. Changed cdi and we are riding!!! Thanks guys for helping me out with this..now I just gotta get it faster now...wouldn't mind beating the 400 with it..:) 9014063676 if anyone has any performance parts...pipe would be my start..

    Ok I got all oem stuff ordered with the cdi included as well.....it's got to clear the issue up if not I will torch it.....it's got me sooo mad...One bike holding us up from riding... can't leave a man behind, especially the first big ride

    Ahhhhhhhhh I went through your wire diagram. Made sure everything was like it should be. Still same problem.....i am about ready to give up. I can't deal with this mofo!!!

    No sir, right now that ground wire(black) straight from cdi is connected with the yellow/black from the cdi box.

    Correct. It is red/black

    ?? That's been eliminated, only thing left is the cdi, stator,and ignition coil. Nothing else

    Ok dunno if it helps, When I connect the yellow/black to the black out of cdi I have no spark. If I connect the yellow/black to black and a ground wire I have spark. I put in line spark tester on it. When it's running the light almost looks on but when it does the bah bah bah when u touch...

    Yes checked key so many times it aint funny. Multiple plugs No rags Sanded connection for ground. I say the reeds are ok..nothing out of the ordinary?? Please pull all straws haha because I am lost for words. :) thanks already for the concerns
