Thanks, I've been doing powder coating on a small scale for a few years now.

Yeah it's from kick starting it, we are going to make some diamond plate pieces and powder coat them to go on that area and the front of the rear fender, on both sides to match.

No it's the electric lime green with green metallizer over it

It's holding up good excepts where he hits it with his foot kick starting it. But we are going to get some diamond plate and cut it to shape then powder coat it green to cover that area and matching area on the other side. So far trail riding hasn't resulted in any of the body having scraped...
