Yea, i replaced all the seals. and if i ride normal not hard on it it will be fine but once i go over bumps and jumps and hard riding lots of bouncing around then it gets loose then i have to back off and then it will last a little longer before it craps out.

Yea, Each time. I think it is the vibration, or that it eats up the cheap pads and there is low fluid so air gets in the system. Im uprading pads now and going to put some grommets on the mounts and minimize the vibration.

I have done leak down test no leaks just had to double check, and did the plug chop and came out with the pic above , it running great i think no bogging or hicups in throttle please let me know when you guys think. Blaaster what u think ! Need some inputs.

I did a plug chop didn't take a pic its a little lean i think it is a little gray and has a brown tint to it. Kinda like caramel color with a coat of gray lol. I am about 2 turns out in my air screw. I tried to back the air screw all the way out almost took the thing out and it didnt change...

HAHA yea when i first rebuilt it FMF recommended it and so i got it cheap and followed the instructions and had to reset the air screw and i think its like 1.5 or 2 turns and it hit the spot and did the plug chop and looked had good color and so i kept it like that and starts up like a champ one...

Ok, ill plug chop after the reed upgrade , I did one after i rebuilt the engine after porting and exhaust and cleaning upgrade last time about 8 to 10 months ago. so it shouldn't be to bad now. Thank you again.
