Filter boot, cage and bolt should all be together and good. I'm in the process of moving but when I go to move it, likely tomorrow, I'll double check it and snap a pic.

I ended up scrapping it. Most of the wires were cracked/corroded and it had been spliced into so I just saved the boxes and tossed it.

Bump...need to make some room downstairs.
