The current air filter is not stock its some AEM one that attaches straight to the carby and is only about 4" long by 2" diameter

Carb clean, air screw 1.5 turns, height 21mm, compression no idea, air filter could be dirty. Yes tested and fixed the leaks

Finally today fixed the gas leak and little air leaks and she runs like a champ but idle is a little wacky. It smokes a decent amount not terrible but I'm kind of new to 2 strokes it could be totally fine but not sure. At idle it is ok for the first 20 seconds then will slowly idle down and die...

It leaked nearly as soon as I put in air with just a little hand pump. Held best around 3 psi but for only less than 10 seconds. I checked tester like 4 times and stil haven't found the dang thing

Hey guys just did an air leak test and found one leak at the intake. Put on a new gasket and fixed that one. Still have another though that I can'tfind. II've covered the whole engine in soapy water and its not bubbling anywhere. Where could this leak be? Thanks!

Yes sir all I did was clean it I did not adjust float as I'm not totally sure the stock specs and also the air mixture screw? Currently 1.5 turns out

I've got a leak tester left over from my last build. Ill try and do that here in the next couple days and get back hopefully nothing to expensive!

Hey guys some may remember me from my last build last summer. Got my 2nd blaster today for 500$ not running. Sure enough after a new spark plug, fresh gas, and a carb clean I have her running. Not the best but its a start. My problem is it will fire up, rev high, then die? Weird.Any help...

He also told me he revs his rm 250 at full throttle for 10 seconds and it hasn't hurt it one bit haha

Ya his stories don't match up and I believe he just wants another $100 bill. I did write a bill of sale since I had no title and I did fill up the tank for him in order to be kind and get rid of the gas since I no longer own any 2 strokes. Pisses me off
