@ Kennedy Power: How many HP do you think can I reach with a 32 Mikuni flatside carb? Is every right side pipe better than my FMF? I ride only on the streets and on supermoto races.

It's not really hard. I don't know much about engines and the electric. Some parts have to be melded. The power valve isn't necessary, I ride without. The radiator is from a vfr400 and it's not to hot and not to cold. A fan isn't necessary. The water doesn't need a overflow to recover expansion...

I'm not a friend from sleeves, they're not the same as a stock cylinder. I could make it same, and I've seen I can get a +6 piston also. I'll wait till the cylinder is really death, then I'll see what's to doB-).

No, it's not ported for the stroker crank! But next time when I rebuilt my cylinder, I'll probably port it with ram edm. It'll be the biggest piston with +3mm and the cylinder will be death after it:(.

I think I can reach 40 HP and more with a good right side pipe and a 34 Mikuni. But I can't spend much money for my Blaster, I must buy 2000 litres fuel oil for my house, this winter will be very cold in Germany.

Today I was on a Dyno, and the result was: on the rear wheel: - 27.2HP at 9000rpm - 23.1Nm at 7540rpm - V-max 116.6km/h on the engine: - 36.7HP at 9000rpm - 29.9Nm at 7540rpm - V-max 116.6km/h

And I've never heard, read or seen about one here in Germany. I think I've the only one hereB-).

I'm not lucky! I had to ride 800 KM through Germany to France, because here in Germany is not one to get! I bougt the whole motorbike and sold the parts I couldn't need on ebay. Switching the engine wasn't also as simple as writen by yammyyammyblaster, there were many nights work to do! And...
