theres supposed to be a lil bit of slack in the cable to make sure the carb can close but i dont see where it would hurt. you can also remove the sensor all together its not needed for the atv to run properly

adjust the throtle cable at the throtle an you can take up some slack to keep it from dying untill you find the problem

go to your local hardware store an look for marker paint i found mine at "ace hardware" they have it in green orange and red i believe

the offset of the rims makes it wider if they are backwards like that but you are correct they are inside out

i agree 100% about the prep work i didnt try the clear coat i used a satin black that actualy turned out like gloss but im still happy with how it turned out overall

there were some places where the paint was thick and i had to let it sit for about an hour without any problems it didnt harm them at all

i used an industrial strength electric motor degreaser and the paint ran right off i used an old cd case for a scraper on the thick stuff and the krylon fusion worked good for me just make sure everything is clean and dry before starting with the paint

mine had the same problem i used electric motor degreaser and the paint came right off it took about 6 cans to do all my plastics with no soaking or anything like that the paint just wipes off

im not sure on the piston you can take it to the dealer an have them get you the corect rings but the hotrod rod i would assume is aftermarket
