I want to know if this is a good kit for me to start cleaning rust off an polishing stuff.. my exhaust pipe is really rusty i got a pro circuit an i dont know if it aluminum or not but i used some wd40 an steel wool and was out there for like 2 hours scrubbing but didnt see great results some...

i got a pro circuit pipe that needs some cleaning its all rusty im wondering if there is anything out there 2 get this rust off. also should i use an S0S pad.

well right now i got a pro circuit pipe and silencer and its really loud and im moving and were im moving to my neighbors are lil bitches and they hate the noise so i wanna make it quieter im wondering if i put a stock pipe and silencer on there will that do the trick.
