yeah there was dirt in there and it was sticking, no problems after I cleaned it but still not running right.

I did do a carb cleaning cause it was running out the overflow, the head pipe is still the stock pipe so with the lid off and the DG rear sil. i need bigger jet? Even when the lid was on it didnt run right so.

the jet is a 230 only have the air box lid off with a UNI filter and a DG silencer

Hey guys, I am a 4 stroke guy sorry, but I picked up a blaster for the wife and want to make it move. It has Power Reeds in it as i pulled the Reeds, Carb, Exhaust off today and everything looks good, but I still have like no power, Put in a new plug, and nothing. I can't figure it out...

the LA Sleeve kit is the same price its 499.99 but u have to get the cyl bored and the sleeve put in it.

yeah i think i am gonna get the vito's 240 kit and get it ported, throw on a pipe kit and call it a day since i have a shee axle on it and +3 swing arm, and the fronts swapped.

I see you have a Trail port from Wild Card, not really sure where to get the porting done around here, I am looking at spending about 1200 or so on this build.

wow that 40cc's really makes that much of a difference, cause my 440 has a stage 2 hot cam, high comp piston, HMF full exhaust, rev box, port and polish, and runs down most 450s with just exhaust and filter kits no problem.

money isnt the issue, just need something for the wife and friends to ride that can kinda keep up with my big bore 440ex. I got the quad for 650 bucks and it runs good minus the carb needs rebuilt and could use a new set of reeds.
