i just bought a new used motor that looks like it has been rebuilt, no carbon . in cylinder no gouges in cylinder and first over size piston. my question is, when i turn the kick start by hand the crank bearings make a noise, not a grinding noise but i cant describe it alomost a whirring i guess...

i have alot of oil on my flywheel (pouring out) is that normal or do i have to replace the seal or seals????? and do i have to split the case to replace the seals?
