Looks like it's coming from behind flange is this normal

There is a compression gasket between cylinder and flange , and should be an O-ring between flange nipple and pipe.

If it is producing excessive spooge your jetting may be a little too rich.

Could be this carb I believe it's a bs Chinese carb too It was on here when I bout it I'm saving up now for a good carb

And I didn't see a lot coming out but I feel like better safe than sorry im gonna pull it off tomorrow and check and see if it's even a gasket in there cause I'm not surprised what's missing after all I have had to install just get it run.
