Hey fellas, long time reader but first time posting. Thank you guys for your input.
So here is the deal. About a year ago I bought a blaster in what we can call "rough shape". Missing foot Wells, grab bar and a lot more. When I got it she ran but it was rough. Tors was deleted as well as the oil injection system. After about a month, the motor crapped out. Found that the oil injection was improperly removed. Tore it apart and found that the crankshaft lost it's lower bearings. I decided to rebuild the bike completely.
Over the year I rebuilt the bike, new Vito crankshaft, weisco top end, new seals throughout the engine, installed a proper oil block off, new clutch, rewired the bike (I am a professional 12V technician) plus a new carb (amazon cheapo). The bike has an FMF Gold series pipe with an brand new DG silencer. I bought the Dynojet stage 1 & 2 kit because of the FMF pipe, problem is that the Jets will not thread into my carb. The bike runs through all gears but it will not idle. Also new K&N filter. I assume that my carb and or jetting is the culprit. I have not preformed a plug chop. She fires and idles with choke on till she's warm, then she dies if choke is on or off.
What do you guys think? Is the carb jetting the issue? I did put in a new b8es plug and run it for a bit, when I pulled the plug it was dark and wet. Fuel is 97 octane mixed with maxima castor 927 at 32:1. Is it possible to tap the carb to fit my Dynojet kit or should I look at a new carb. I know this was long and I apologise for that and I thank all that respond. I can post pics if needed.

You get what you pay for , if you're lucky.
I've seen those $20 carbs on Amazon. A genuine Mikuni is over $100. So are Kehine .

Is the carb even for a two stroke ? There is a difference !!

JMHO, but I wouldn't bother trying to modify that carb.

The carb is for a 2 stroke, I knew I was taking a chance on it and should have bought a genuine mikuni. Do you think tapping it would be worth a try? If I mess it up, worse case I'm out $20.

Buy a new carb.... Save your bike dont waste all thag money i know it sucks but blowing it up again would be worse
Just my 2 cents if you wanted it or not lol

Ebay, someone parting bike with stock carb or your gonna have to upgrade and figure out jets

I have the Dynojet kit because of the FMF pipe. Is stock carb going to be fine? Thank you for the link. I'll probably just buy the one in the link. I'm ready to be done with this bike. With the work and money I've put into it the last thing I need is for her to blow again. The only thing I cheaped out on was the carb, I know, stupid on my part.

That will work just fine !! Little more on the top end and little if any loss on the lower end. And will be perfect when you do any more upgrades later such as porting, reeds, air box/filter.

We all learn from our own and others mistakes. At least you didn't buy a complete engine kit that is less than a Wiseco piston

As far as the stock carb , I run one on a 3mil, ported engine with Vito's dual stage reeds, Fat Bastard pipe, and uni air filter. I actually want to remove the cylinder spacer to drop the port timing , and get a head cut for it. In other words I want to re-tune it for more bottom end. A bigger carb is what I don't need.
At 65 yrs old I need to slow down a bit, don't need a motocross type powerband .

All I'm really trying to accomplish is a good running, reliable quad. I'm not looking to race, I mostly trail ride and I have a short track in my yard with a few small jumps. I appreciate the input.
