So u just received the jet kit from jetsrus today for my blaster. Came with 4 Allen head bolts for the bowl, as well as all the jets included in the kit which are a 240, 250, 260, 270, 280, 300, and 320 (why they skipped 310 is beyond me). But all for $28-$30 I couldnt beat the price. But anyway, I figured I'd take a picture of the jetting guide they supplied with the kit. Maybe it will help some of you guys in the future with your jetting.

I also want to add that in the jetting guide when they talked about checking the soark plug, that they didn' say to do a plug chop. So I'm pretty sure jetting can be done without having to cut the plug. I would imagine chopping is just a more reassuring way to check the color of the porcelan. Moving along, they also supplied a nifty little picture display of the locations of the main jet, pilot jet, air screw, and how to access the needle.

feel free to elaborate on any of this or give your input or opinions. Hooe this helps out the noobs!

Those are good instructions. The missing 290 and 310 jets are puzzling.....I've ran both numerous times!
Yeah I know what you mean man. That does kind of make me wonder. Now I'm curious as to what I'm going to do if I need either one of those two Jets to drop down to

Anyone have any suggestions for me? Testing out my jetting either tonight or tomorrow morning but I live in town and have too many houses and main roads around me to try and attempt a first gear through 6th Gear pull. How else am I supposed to be able to do it to check the plugs?

Well right now it has a 300 main net in it, new air filter, full front to back FMF exhaust, and air screw is 1.5 turns out like normal. Starts up on the first kick, idles smooth as butter. I started it for the first time today with the 300 main jet in it, let it idle for about 30 seconds, then took it for a little cruise in the dirt lot behind my house and it ran pretty good at a slow cruise but when I rolled intothe throttle it bogged a little then picked up and bout tossed me off the seat  so I think the main jet is a little too rich and also the air screw and idle screw might need adjusted too

Being that cold, it's going to come into play when dialing this in. Your jet size in the winter is going to be bigger than in the warmer months.

Anyway you slice it, what you do now is going to need changed come April!

So a little update: I do believe I got it taken care of. Threw in a 320 main jet, pulled the snorkel off the airbox, adjusted the air screw 1.5 turns and it ran good but the throttle hung a tiny tiny bit. So I adjusted the idle screw down some on the tors brick and the idle doesn' really hang anymore. Maybe the SLIGHTEST bit of hang, but barely even. Then went back to the air screw and gave her another 1/8 turn and she runs great. No hesitation off the rev, no hesitation in the low end when I hammer the throttle real quick, no hesitation anywhere. I actually took her to the field behind my house and gave her one hell of a holeshot (still haven't lost my touch after all these years :p) and she went through all the gears like a damn boss! And to add in, I threw a brand new plug in her and she smokes like a typical 2 stroke. If anyone has anything to chime in or suggestions, let me know :D I appreciate everyone's help who has chimed in over the past few threads I've posted about this headache. Y'll rock! I wish we could all meet one day and just take out our blasters together lol
