Blaster was starting up between two and three kicks for a while and all of a sudden it took 15 to 20 kicks to start and after it started it would start right back up on 1 to 2 kicks but if you let it sit for a couple of hours it goes back to the 15 to 20 kick all over agin. Any advice on what could be going on.

trying to read all of your threads lol
have you done a compression test?
have you taken the carb apart and cleaned it at all?
pilot jet will make it hard to start if it is clogged needs to be taken out
and soaked in carb cleaner
not just sprayed
answer that first lol:)

Not sure if I should be staying with the One post “Resurrecting from the Grave” or should I start a new thread for each issue ?

But to answer your question, yes we took apart the carb last night and cleaned everything, change the reed to a dual action and then took apart the TORS. It appears the person who had it before me had the throttle cable set “short” so the slide was sitting way to high, which is why the throttle was way to sensitive and the quad was always at high idle. There is an electrical switch at the end of the thumb screw on the TORS and the lever that the cable was attached to had at least a 1/2” gab so the thumb screw adjustment was doing nothing, with tha said we adjusted the everything and it started up on the 2nd kick and the 1st there after. I’m hoping that tonight, after sitting overnight, will start right up. Fingers crosses.

Update; it started right up.....hallelujah. Going to take it to a track in Calverton, NY. Tomorrow. Hopefully she stays together.
