Got my steel for the lower roller wheels. and made some test wheels. Final wheels will be rubber.

Got My drill press yesterday so today I started on the holes in the sprockets.

Tungsten carbide tipped hole saw. I love them now as they are much faster then a normal bi-metal hole saw.

Lightened 203g. It was 784g. That's a total of 812g lighter for the 4 sprockets.

Next I will start on the drive sprockets.
 
Lightening the front sprockets for Wall-E. Using a Tungsten carbide tipped hole saw running at 220rpm on 550watt drill press. Little bit of cutting oil was used.

Finished 1 drive sprocket last night and another one tonight. Very slow drilling 6x 40mm holes in 12mm steel.
