2006 yamaha blaster won't start please help.

I've tried all that but it's also puking white smoke so it might just be running rich because the spark plug was wet.

You forgot one thing BB! Got to have exhaust too! Look for dirt dobbers mud in exhaust first!

white smoke sounds like trans oil,may have lost oil seal to collar sucking in trans / gear oil through crankcase seal too
 
Replace the worn crankshaftseal on the clutch side. Use a
Yamaha OE seal only . It's specially designed and manufactured to take the heat and extreme rpm's. It also a very specific size. Remove and inspect the collar that's on the crankshaft.replace it if it is grooved or worn any!
