so i tried evrything i can think of and my carb still poors out gas i got a rebuilt kit and did the tootpast trick and it stoped pooring out gas of a little bit started doing it again so i tapped on the side of it and it stoped road it for about 2 hours pulled it in the workshop shut it off and notice it was pooring out gas agiin tryed to tap it again with no luck turnd the gas almost all the way off tapped it a few time and it stoped turn the gas on more started pooring out gas again dont know what to do

Stuck float. Check your float height. The needle and seat are the ONLY components that control fuel flow to the carb float bowl. Something is amiss. All original carb?...Or some dissected thing with miss matched parts? Make sure your not missing the carb bowl gasket. Take that carb apart and examine all the parts on a paper towel...take a photo, and show us what you've got. No being rude here, but remember that spraying the outside off with carb cleaner doesn't make it rebuilt.
Every time you tap the carb it could be upsetting the float level.
Set the level to 20-21.5mm
You may have some crap in the fuel lines which is getting in the seat and stopping the needle sealing.
