Got replay from DG about the lower mounts on the rear bumper: This is made to use with original skid guard. File the tabs and use spacers. Thank you. Emily.

Ordered my:
Front and rear sprockets
Chain
Seat cover (Black Gripper)

Hoping to get to mates place this weekend to make more spacers and bits.

Got to mates place last Sunday and made more spacers and extension for rear bumper.

2x Dash spacers, 2x Tank spacers, 2x Rear bumper spacers, 1x Rear bumper extension.

Extension installed.

Next I had to round the lower mounts as it was hitting the skid plate.

Mounted with spacers.

As you can see the top bar is not pointing to the lower shock mount so I had to pull up on it to get it inline with bolt.

Top mount press fitted together. Will be welded later on.

That's it for now.

Brake lines turned up today. Smoked colour. Also got a mix of banjos and banjo bolts in single and dual line. Custom made to my order. Rubber mounts that you can slid to where you want on the lines will be removed.

Installed.

Waiting on my steering stabilizer and rear caliper rebuild kit.

Ordered 2 full sets of brake pads last night and found a very nice clean head for re-camber. Looking into flywheel lightening also. Sent a message to Ken.

Free spark plug.

Got my hands on a clean 2004 clutch cover that I will play with on mates cnc. Might window mod it. It also has the oil block off plate installed in it and is the case version without the water pump mount. Time to get a flywheel sorted and sent to KOR.

Got package other day. Steering stabilizer and rear caliper rebuild kit. Streamline need to package there products better and there is no information in the instructions about the adjuster.

Had a look at the steering stabilizer tonight.

Steering centre.

Hard lock.

Hard lock other way.

Will have a video of it uploaded soon of the movement.

Got my extra head and clutch oil pump cover today. Just brought them as they are cheap and wanted to see whats different on the newer clutch cover then my 2003 one. May look into cnc cutting a window in the clutch cover.

2004 Clutch / oil pump covers and 2001 Head. Free spark plug.

Oil pump delete already done on it.

Worked on the rear brake line today. Finely got it worked out.

Need to get a 45 degree bend for in here. Just having the hose was putting to much strain on the plastic hose barb on master cylinder.

Started building flywheel tool. Just need to do the 2 pins on it now and weld handle.

Made this little bit to be welded to the frame. Just for safety to make sure the steering stabilizer don't spin like it did when I was testing the hardest setting on it. It will also help to line the steering stabilizer up after getting the frame powdered.

Got more done on flywheel tool. Made the pins. Just need to weld handle now.

Got axle bearing / seals.

2 sets of brake pads.

Kill switch. Will be having this and a kill button.

Been a bit lazy and not done much on it lately. Did thread the speed sensor hole. And worked out how Im going to run the wire for it.
