Mod time... To keep stock airbox and carb or replace it

so I just sent out a head and standard bore cyl to the ken oconnor :) I'm having it all dialed in head mod porting and new piston to fit the bore... I bought a dynO port pipe and silencer, boysen two stage pro reeds ( don't want to spend the $ on vf4 right now and got these new for 22$) also got a few of those air box vents I was planning on adding two to the cover for more flow without doing a lidless setup ect... I ride trails and I don't go through high water but I like the protection of the foam filter and stock airbox...

Do I need a carb upgrade ? I'm deleting tors also and doing the oil pump delete... This is a stock 2006 it's bone stock and minty.

Let me know your thoughts and suggestions. I also wouldn't mind a good start point on jetting I'm in Chicago about 1800ft above sea level. I have some extra jets here from my banshee and I believe they fit the stock carb... I think I have a 250 and 260 and 270 main and the stock pilot jets from the shee
