Only one small thin left is the mirror mount. Going to give it a shave and then I would be able to move the lever up to 5mm closer to the throttle housing.

That's it for tonight. Tomorrow I will put the steering tie rods on and brake line clamps so I can work out the brake lines.

I'm betting the spacer is the right length but it's the a-arm mounts on the frame that are 'squished' together from being tightened too much.

Yeah they are a snag fit even without the middle spacer. Everything finger tight at moment. Will have a go on the weekend to get spacer installed. Got the front brake line clamps on. Just have to work out best way to route the line now. Off to look for photos of peoples quads.

Ordered some more parts.

Streamline 7 way rebuildable stabilizer
Folding tip gear shift lever
Front wheel bearings / seals kit x2
Lower A arm bushing kit x2

Still need to get:
Rear axle bearings / seals
O-rings for steering stem bushes x2

Waiting on my braided brake lines and Streamline 7 way rebuildable stabilizer and rear caliper rebuild kit to get here.

Started on making new extended bracket for the top of the rear bumper tonight. I also emailed DG and asked about the lower mounts on the rear bumper as there is a 15mm gap on each side of the mounting tabs. Bolts they supplied are to short to mount it on the skid plate mounting holes and there is no spacers for it. I'm not to worried as I can make my own spacers but want to see what they say.

Any ways I got my new long travel shocks for the bike tonight. 16 1/4" Mark performance steelo shocks.
:p

Big change from the 14.5" Works shocks.

Any ways back to the build, I have a set of 2008 Yamaha Raptor 700 front shocks that I can test on the front.
