ok...i understand tha most of it just dnt knw how or wht the arbor would look like because thats gonna b the key part for holding the head in place...if u have a picture of it would b good and how far or where do i actually start from the inside of the head to start taking off
meaning do i start from the inside of the lip where the head gasket is on a stock head...just look for the correct starting point is all

I'll try getting a photo posted. All it is is a piece of 1" cold rolled steel rod (old go cart live axle) that had spark plug threads machined on one end. Its about 6" - 8" long.

Be sure to record all your information on paper for future reference.
Don't go nuts with a "too small" of chamber volume either. you can start getting detonation if you go too wild.
The squish band is cut between 11 degress - 13 degrees. I use 11 degrees.
23cc - 25cc range is a good size to shoot for.
There is no need to step cut the head for the copper head gasket like I show in my photos.
I was just fooling around with "squish distance".

One other thing... What ever head you plan to re-chamber, can be re-chambered multiple times in case you make a mistake, or want to change things.
I would suggest having two heads... a "test head" to experiment with, and another to apply your final design too.

ok...so i have put my new pipe on and let me say its a real big difference with my mods but i noticed something 2day when i was out riding. i have a light bog on my low end. i have the 32.5 and 260 main jet so top end is good with lots of power. the bog was real noticeable when i would slow down thn stab on the throttle...i know a plug chop would lead me in the right direction...just can't do it at the moment so fig my buddy's on here could tell me what yall think...i wanna b able to tap the throttle and snap my neck....if yall know what i mean...lls

Needle on the middle slot ? Is the brass washer under the main jet ? That will cause a bog . 260 main sounds a little light . List all your mods . FMF pipe ?

not much done to it ....just a lightened fly wheel..full pipe..cleaned up cast flaws on cyclinder and bored over to next size
 
you knw I've been on here looking at this hemi head and watched your video on doing it..dont get me wrong about doing it because i believe i can its just a couple thgs im not getting on the how to. furthermore i didnt know u did them for other ppl...so im wondering how much it would cost to get my extra head done...if not fill me in on some key specs and i can do it. but its a must have mod..

Buy an extended arm for $250 on ebay.

Many have tried and out of all the ones I have seen, only a handful have been successful. They are dangerous and are not suggested. If you want a longer swingarm, but a proven product.

ok...i see what ur sayn..but im a certified welder and fabrication is easy for me
 
Many people that have built them have been certified welders. Its just that while you think you are adding strength to the arm, you are actually weakening it. You may be a certified welder but are you an engineer? Im not trying to be rude, its just a big safety concern.

Buy one like I did. :) Not worth risking crashing your nice blaster or hurting your self. Seen to much broken swing arms on here and google images.
