I am looking for a Blaster Pro Design 34/35mm manifold.
I ordered one from ATV Galaxy on Ebay and have my doubts about receiving it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am in no hurry as I have had the Blaster for three years and pick up parts here and there, but when it reaches a point where I almost forget I ordered a part I believe it is time to look elsewhere.
I would like to have the manifold so I can hear it run. Lol.

call justin @ atv galaxy/prodesign..... 714-534-0620

I ordered a new rubber boot for my pro design, and thats who atv galaxy connected me too.
and I also had to call back to find out WTF it was.
seems everything I've ordered out of california takes days to even get shipped, then travels around
that state for a week, then onto actually moving towards it's target.
it's gotten to the point I avoid ordering anything from ebay that is located in cali.
must be sumthin in the weed out there ?

your other option is to get a UPP intake

Hey AWK, thanks for the reply.
I obtained a Blaster for the lack of payment on a loan about three years ago.
Tomorrow I will dig up the engine mods that the previous owner stated it has.
Since owning it I upgraded to a Toomey Exhaust, an Heihin 35mm Air Stricker Carburetor (hence the need for a new manifold) new coil, CDI and voltage regulator and some miscellaneous parts.
My intention is to gather all the parts to have a whole machine and then send it up to Ken and have him tear it down and check it out.
I want to make sure it has all I was told before I attempt to start it.
I did a compression check and it is 120-125.
But I would like Kens insight and his word everything was done right before I attempt to start it. Also I would like his recommendations on what it should have/needs.
The plastic is in ruff shape and was painted by a preschooler but it is all there.
Like I said, tomorrow I will post what I was told it has for your and others review as I am a novice to it.

I honestly did forget about ordering the manifold it has been so long.
Perhaps a list of vendors to avoid is needed. Lol.

I will dig out the list and post it along with the extra parts it came with.

Thank you again for your reply!

This is what I got for about $217.00

Bored over .60
Wiseco Piston
Head Ported
3mm Stroker Crank
Forged Rod
All new Bearings
New Keihin Air Striker Carburetor X2 (new in box)
Vito's 35mm carburetor connector to stock air box (new in box)
New Kick Starter (in box)
Mikuni Carburetor on Machine (float issues) Main Jets from 200-300 and a 340
V-Force 4 Reed Valve (new in box)
Extra Reeds for V-Force 4 (new in box)
Extra Stock Reeds (two sets)
Toomey Exhaust (new in box)
Twist Throttle (new in box)
K&N filter (New in box)

Stator Ajustable plate (new in box)
New Stainless Steel Allen Bolts for the engine.

New Chain and Sprocket
New Stator
New Throttle Cable
New Brakes (standard to the machine I am told)
New E-Brake Eliminator Cable (new in box)
New Rear Brake caliper with grease fitting
New Gas Petcock
New CDI
New Coil
New Voltage Regulator
All excess wire removed
Tors System was deleted all wires and box removed
Oil Injection system was deleted the pump removed all excess hoses and wires removed and the eliminator plate installed.

I have no idea what it was being built for or what its intended use was going to be. (I am assuming he use to ride it on the city streets with his friends before building the engine?)
From what I was told it was last started when the engine was built by the builder to break it in and do a leak test on it? if that sounds right to you?
The old non working Mikuni carburetor was put back on it to keep moisture and dust out of it until he got a new carburetor for it (which I do not understand why he has two brand new Air Strickers for it because to my knowledge a Blaster only takes one?)
Currently I have it stored and I removed the spark plug for it prior to storing it and put about a table spoon of 10W 30 clutch saver oil in the cylinder and kicked it over a few times prior to replacing the spark plug. ( I do this every three months.
I also plugged the exhaust at the insistence of a friend to keep rodents out.
He also gave me a milk crate to keep it off the ground to prevent flat spots in the tires.
As I stated above in the previous post I am trying to get it to be a complete machine so that I may bring it to Ken and have him advise me on what route I should take with it and to see if the build was done correctly.
Hence, my need for the Pro Design Manifold.
I am seeking the Pro Design because I was told that it is the one the builder recommended to him.
Hopefully I can find one.

An intake is an intake is an intake.
None offer any performance over any other, as long as its the correct size for the carb.

I'd be calling ATV Galaxy to see where the carb you ordered is, or your money back. Chances of finding a pro design anywhere but them, besides used, are slim.
The UPP intake I linked you too above will do the same exact thing as a P-D. Maybe even better as it is one piece, and I've had to replace the rubber boots of my 2 piece P-D, due to leakage.
If I were to do it again, or when the boot needs replaced again, I'll just get a UPP, for 1/2 the price.

BTW..... You stole that ! that's alotta new parts for the $

You know Awk, I had intentions of selling it to get my money back but I am becoming more and more fond of it.
I would like to get it started and tool around with it and see if I like it as much as I think I may.
I have a great deal of woods around me so my primary driving would be trail and I would not want too much machine (Meaning something that needs to rev and race wide open all the time.)
As I said I have owned it for three years and I am yet to even start it.
I was looking around for information on it (to get it running with the intention of selling it) and that is when I happened upon this site.
All the information that everyone has contributed to projects, building and the overall operation of a Blaster has really impressed me to where I joined the site and subscribed to a membership (I believe I have been bitten by the bug to build it and keep it.)
Once I obtain my intake (I will order the one you suggested as I respect your experience and knowledge) then I will speak to Ken about going through it for me to make sure everything is in proper running order and make any changes he recommends.
I have watched the videos that Ken has posted on Youtube and from what I can see he is truly a master at what he does. I have no intention of ever attempting what he does for lack of ability and knowledge so I will just make arrangements with him and deliver the machine to him. The fact he is here in CT. and I do not have to crate up the engine and ship it to California and wait a decade to get it back really has swayed me towards keeping it.

I looked it over today and I am going to need rims and tires (I seriously believe it was being built for running on the city streets and getting away from the police because of the area of New Haven it comes from has packs of these sort of machines and I noticed many layers of different color paint on the plastic.)
I would like beadlocks and aggressive tires like truck Super Swamper Boggers as the terrain I would be riding is best suited for such a tire.
I am not at that point just yet and I will put together my questions and present them to you when the time comes if you don't mind?
I want to get my intake and send it off to Ken and get the OK before I take off in another direction.
Once again, I want to thank you and all those who posted the much needed information I was seeking.
I didn't have to post previously because much of what I was looking for was already posted and answered and I did not see any point in having it repeated.
Thank you again!

You've got a sweet pile of parts, a well laid out plan, and found the 2 best sources on the planet for blaster and 2 stroke info and work......
BF & KOR.
welcome aboard

:)

Keep us posted as this build progresses, and of course ask away with any questions.

I certainly will. I have to find out if the trails I see around me are legal to ride or if they are reserved for walkers and bicycles.
If not I am going to load it up and go to my sisters in Maine.

Na it is illegal. CT law forbids any atv from riding anywhere in CT except private property. And if it's not your property you need written permission. I have a good spot though I've been riding every weekend. Although I use to live in Maine and that's where it's at.
