Blaster brakes

I recently bought a 96 blaster and I'm having trouble with the rear brakes. The previous owner put on hydrolic rear brakes but the pedal is stuck in place and I can't get the pedal to move at all. Did anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it.

To help we need to know what the rear brakes came from. pictures help too

Disconnect the peddle from the master, unbolt the hydraulic hose from the master as well and see if the plunger can be moved by hand. If it doesn't, the master if frozen and needs to be rebuilt or pulled apart and cleaned. Than bleed the system.
