Mikuni tm jetting HELP!

I just rebuilt my blaster it has an aggressive trail port, dyno port exhaust and a milled head compression is about 160 psi I am running a mikuni tm flat slide and need an idea of where I should be for jetting
Currently I have a 270 main, 17.5 pilot and stock needle in the 3rd clip.

This is how it was jetted when I got it and the top end blew I'm thinking I should be around a 35 pilot with maybe a 290 or 300 main? Any ideas?

Are you sure there wasn't something else that caused the engine to blow? Are sure it was/is the jetting?

did you have to hold the throttle open for it to start ?
that 17.5 pilot is way too small.

you never mention what size the TM is ?

17.5 is a common size for that carb, TM's and TMX's are way different than the VM's. You need to figure out what size it is and then Google what the stock jetting is for that carb. I might have that info if you tell me the size.

I just got a pj34 mil do I need a new boot to fit it or will it go on stock boot?

Boost bottles are a joke. Don't run the boost bottle.
